Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process payroll for all employees on a monthly basis as a Payroll specialist
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Maintain and update payroll records as a payroll specialist
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Assist with payroll audits and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant laws/regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities as a Payroll specialist
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred/ Payroll specialist
