Job Description:
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our client's clients, handling payroll queries, and maintaining payroll records. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in payroll within a supportive and flexible working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume end-to-end payroll for a variety of clients accurately and on time
- Maintain and update payroll records
- Handle payroll queries from clients and employees
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports
- Liaise with HMRC and other relevant bodies
- Support the implementation of new payroll systems and processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Strong background in high-volume payroll processing
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in payroll software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a proactive attitude
