Description

• Lead and manage the payroll team effectively.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
• Be responsible for all aspects of payroll compliance.
• Support the development and implementation of payroll systems.
• Handle payroll queries from employees and management.
• Provide payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Participate in payroll projects as required.

A successful Payroll Team Leader should have:

• A professional qualification in payroll or accounting.
• Proven experience leading a payroll team in a professional services setting.
