Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you’ll play a key role in efficiently managing multiple client's payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, have an eye for detail and a willingness to learn and grow with the business.

Some of the main responsibilities include processing client payrolls, client liaison, compliance management, accurate record keeping and being adept at problem solving. Personal development is encouraged, and study support is available for candidates seeking to undertake/progress accountancy qualifications.

Nice to have’s but not essential.

  • Studying towards AAT qualification.
  • Previous experience in a payroll position, ideally in bureau.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a busy team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
