Your new role
* To start September 2024* Long term role - full academic year* Teaching PE at KS3 & KS4* Rugby based SEN school
You must have relevant experience working with 11 - 16-year-olds within the last 2 years and we must be able to obtain relevant references for this time. You should have a professional manner and a flexible attitude to working and timetable changes. Most importantly, you should be enthusiastic, engaging and passionate about working with young people. Strong behaviour management and the ability to implement schools' behaviour polices is also essential.
Job Description:* Delivering engaging and creative PE lessons to students* Supporting, advising, guiding and supervising students throughout the school day.* To have a primary focus on maintaining good order and ensuring students are on task so that learning can take place.
Requirements:* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. ECT's welcome to apply.* Bachelor's degree in Sport Science or related field* Recent experience teaching PE at secondary school level.* Strong behaviour/classroom management.* Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
