Job Opportunity: PE Teacher

Location: Chalfont, Buckinghamshire

Salary: £150 - £250 per day (pay to scale)

Day Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Permanent

Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of athletes and fostering a love for physical education? If so, this is an incredible opportunity for you to join a dynamic team as a PE Teacher at an outstanding secondary school based in Chalfonts, Buckinghamshire.

PE Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons, inspiring a love for fitness and sportsmanship.
  • Develop and implement creative and effective lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles.
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages active participation.
  • Organize and oversee extracurricular sporting activities and events, promoting teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the PE curriculum.

PE Teacher Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant PE teaching experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for PE at secondary level.
  • Passion for promoting physical fitness, health, and wellbeing among students.
  • Ability to create engaging and innovative learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
