PE Teacher - Portsmouth - Full-time

Academics are recruiting on behalf of a 'Good' Secondary school in Portsmouth who are seeking a strong, experienced PE Teacher to carry out a full-time contract. They are looking for an experienced member of staff to join their team as soon as possible.

Ofsted last reported: 'Pupils are happy and safe at this school. They behave well in lessons and around the school. Pupils are nearly always kind and respectful towards each other and their teachers. They know that their teachers expect them to try their best, behave well and wear their uniform smartly. Pupils work hard in lessons and persevere with difficult work. Teachers ask them to think hard and answer difficult questions. Pupils achieve well at the school.'

They are looking for a PE Teacher who is confident in planning and delivering engaging and informative lessons to both KS3 and KS4 students. The suitable teacher will be someone who is passionate about PE with great classroom management.

They are happy to consider candidates who are looking for either a long term contract, temp to perm, or permanent contract. This is ongoing and they are always looking for great teachers to join their team!
