Permanent PE Teacher

Location: Stevenage Area

Start Date: January

Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation through physical education? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PE Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in the Stevenage area. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in January.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and dynamic PE lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and development.
  • Plan and implement a diverse curriculum that promotes physical fitness, teamwork, and personal growth.
  • Organise and lead extracurricular sports activities and events.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching PE at the secondary school level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to promoting health and wellbeing among students.
