A fantastic opportunity to join this large health and social care company, committed to making a positive change. This public sector organisation is looking to recruit a pension officer on a permanent basis. You will join this established team on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week.
Your new role
Some of the day-to-day duties will include managing pension enquiries with employees and pension providers, supporting them with pension submission files. Running pension reports and calculating pension contributions.
You will be working closely with the payroll team to ensure things are conducted efficiently, reporting directly to the payroll supervisor, you will need to have good organisational skills and manual calculation skills.
Must have 2 years experience of Pensions,
What you'll need to succeed
Show initiative to be able to work well within a team and show flexibility in assisting with ad hoc requests. Be efficient when working to tight payroll/pension deadlines and complete work to a high level of accuracy. You will also demonstrate strong initiative and regularly review processes for more efficient ways of working. Strong communication skills through supporting the wider payroll team and employees with general payroll enquiries.
