Pensions Configuration Analyst – DB/DC
Our client is looking for a Pension Configuration Analyst with experience of Defined Contribution and/or Defined Benefits (DB experience alone is fine).
The Configuration Analyst role reports to the Lead Configuration Analyst, with the primary focus of ensuring all client configuration creation and change activities are executed to time, budget and quality.
Working under the direction of the Lead Configuration Analyst, the Configuration Analyst will work closely with new clients and Installs and Data Migration teams and other owners in non technology teams involved in the business change to ensure that the implementation of new clients and client changes achieve high quality outcomes within the administration function post implementation.

Keys skills & experience
- Solid background in Pensions
- Migration experience – Essential
- Good experience of dealing with DB, hybrid and DC occupational pension schemes
- Responsible for the production and interpretation of configuration requirements for functionality within the BenefitConnect system
- Strong analysis skills
- Strong IT skills, including good experience of direct database use (with good SQL skills)
- Understanding of database table design and dependencies
- Experience of data comparison
- Strong Interpersonal skills to include strong written and verbal communication
