As a Pensions Lawyer you'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of pension-related matters, including advising clients on pension scheme design, implementation, governance, and compliance.
They are seeking a motivated individual with a strong background in pensions law and a keen interest in staying abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends. You will collaborate with the experienced team to provide high-quality legal advice and support to clients across various sectors.
In this role, you will have the chance to engage in complex pension transactions, draft legal documents, and represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolutions. Additionally, you will play a key role in business development activities, contributing to the growth and success of the pensions practice.
To be successful in this role you'll need as a minimum:
- Experience gained from having trained and worked in an established pensions law team.
- Demonstrable experience of drafting essential documentation relating to UK pension schemes.
- Ability to provide guidance and strategic advice on all types of UK pension scheme.
