JOB TITLE: Pensions Lawyer
PQE: NQ-3 years PQE
LOCATION: Northampton

THE ROLE:
Are you an experienced Pensions Lawyer seeking a new challenge within a reputable and growing practice? An opportunity has arisen to work closely with the reputable Partner within the pensions practice and undertake a full and varied caseload of mainly transactional pensions matters. You will be responsible for handling a broad range of pensions matters advising corporate clients and trustees across a variety of private and public sectors. The appointed Pensions Solicitor will be expected to advise on scheme funding, investments as well as provide support on mergers, acquisitions or disposals.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Pensions Solicitors will have up to 3 years PQE in managing their own caseload of matters including transactional pensions. You will display technically excellent sector knowledge and be committed to providing first-rate client experience. You will be confident and capable of managing your own caseload of matters and be looking for a supportive and encouraging practice where you can see your career flourish. Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role and will have completed at least one seat within pensions law.
