• You will be supporting and protecting clients’ needs on a wide range of issues including financial planning, management of their funds, assets, property, and care arrangements.

• Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience handling a caseload of Court of Protection matters.

• A demonstrated track record of success and expertise in deputyships and Personal Injury trusts is essential, particularly those arising from Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence claims, both pre- and post-settlement. Additionally, proficiency in handling deputyships appointed by the OPG panel and local authorities is required.
