Description

  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee relations cases, including absence management and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support recruitment and selection processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support and training to managers on HR matters.

Profile

A successful People Advisor should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proficient knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

Job Offer

  • Hourly rate between £14 - £16
  • Immediate start available
