Fleetwood, Blackpool
£30,000 - £36,000 per annum
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client based in Blackpool. This is an exciting time to join a thriving business, as they embark on a period of positive change and this is a great opportunity to be part of this journey. This role is ideally suited to an experienced HR Advisor or possibly a HR Assistant looking to make the next step in your career. This role is based in the Fleetwood office 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Support with HR Administration including contracts, letters and starter/leaver documentation
- Manage a caseload of Employee Relations and attend meetings for disciplinary investigations, grievances, performance management, absence management. Taking minutes and providing advice to managers
- Keep the HRIS system fully up to date and compliant, gathering data for MI and creating regular reports as required
- Onboarding new employees and working in conjunction with the recruitment team
- Working with the wider HR team to communicate all relevant updates/changes to employees
Experience/skills required:
- HR Advisor experience with the ability to deal with a range of employee relations cases
- Ideally qualified to CIPD Level 3 or 5 (study support is available)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Positive and can-do attitude, willingness to help others and work to resolve any issues
What's on offer?
- Basic salary up to £36,000 per annum
