Our client is an established organisation based within the education sector and due to an internal promotion are looking to recruit an experienced People and Culture Business Partner on a permanent, full time basis.

This role supports a number of education establishments, and whilst this position is based in Clacton and offers hybrid working, there is a requirement to travel to other schools in the Colchester area.

The main areas of the vacancy is to provide high level operational and strategic support, take responsibility for leading on complex casework and other employee relations matters, as well as providing support to the main stakeholders and the People and culture Advisors to manage casework. 

The position will receive support from an established HR support team and the successful candidate will have responsibility for the six schools in the North Essex area, where you will be leading and delivering the People and Culture strategy for those organisations.

Candidates should have previous Business Partnering experience and ideally have worked in a multisite environment. Public sector or education background is beneficial but not essential.

Alongside excellent benefits, 35 days holiday there is also the option for reduced hours outside of term time should this be a required.
