Come and join us as a People Change Manager to support the delivery of our transformation journey. This role is an opportunity to help shape our businesses future on a fixed term basis of 10 -12 months.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with 1-2 days a week spent in our Crick Head Office and the rest from home.
The Role:
As our People Change Manager you’ll need to have a passion for change management, with hands-on experience working with multiple stakeholders, ideally across multiple projects. 
You’ll be supporting a number of exciting projects as part of our transformation programme, working alongside project managers to create consistent change process and structure that’ll ensure we successfully land relevant changes. You’ll be at the forefront of leading and implementing our culture and engagement initiatives, supporting our colleagues through business change and ensuring they have the relevant training and capability to help realise potential benefits for the business.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic People Change Manager, overseeing change management activity for a portfolio of projects, tracking project interdependencies and working alongside project managers to ensure successful delivery.
Engage with colleagues across the business and support leaders through organisational, process and system changes.
Design and implement cross-project change management plans that include communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Manage risk assessment and mitigation associated with change and drive continuous improvement using data to enhance employee performance and well-being.

You:
As a People Change Manager, you’ll have an innovative and agile approach to identify opportunities. You will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to drive and implement various initiatives, ensuring that they are successfully integrated into the company's culture and embedded in our ways of working for the future. 
Skills and competencies

Experience in planning, coordinating and executing changes within a complex multi-site environment

An ability to manage change across a number of interconnected but varied projects (systems implementation, product delivery, workforce transformation)

Previous experience in SAP implementation would be ideal but not essential.

Hands-on and practical approach, with a strong desire to be actively involved in the work.

Previous HR Generalist experience.
It is likely you will have worked in any of the following roles: Change Manager, HR Change Manager, Human Resources Change Lead
