A dynamic and innovative tech company known for their fast-paced and collaborative work environment. They are on an important transformation project and need a skilled People Coordinator to support them during this critical time.
Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced People Coordinator to support a major change project involving restructure and redundancy. This role is integral to ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining employee relations during this period.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and support on Employee Relations (ER) matters.
  • Support during a redundancy and restructure processes, ensuring compliance with employment law.
  • Support on both collective and individual consultations effectively and empathetically.
  • Support employees at risk and those affected by redundancies, ensuring clear and compassionate communication.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience in assisting with Employee Relations (ER).
  • Knowledge of Employment Law.
  • Experience working on redundancy and restructure projects.
  • Expertise in supporting with collective and individual consultations.
Key Details:
  • Start Date: 1st July (transformation project begins 15th July).
  • Reporting To: A lovely, confident, and pragmatic leader who is known for her impactful and supportive management style.
  • Team: Working with a team of approximately 600 employees, with some at risk of redundancy.
