We're looking for a confident, analytical and highly organised People and Culture Partner to join our People, Culture & Talent team.
In this role, you will be required to schedule and conduct people engagement discussions (Culture Catch Ups) at key stages in the employee lifecycle, with people at all levels of the business.
You will also use your analytical skills to interrogate and interpret the information gathered during the Culture Catch Ups and produce both regular and ad hoc reports to present your findings.
You will also take a leading role in the Company’s onboarding and welcome programme 'A Brighter Beginning’ including organising, facilitating and delivering our welcome days for all new starters.
This role would suit someone looking to embark on a people related career.
The Responsibilities:
People & Culture Team
- Scheduling and delivering Welcome Days
- Schedule and conduct Culture Catch Ups
- Compile records of Culture Catch Ups
- Analysis and Interpretation of information gained through Culture Catch Ups
- Design and preparation of regular and ad hoc people reports
- Analysis of feedback from external sources such as Glassdoor, Indeed etc.
- Posting of recruitment adverts
- Supporting other People related projects
- Build Relationships with Key Internal Stakeholders
- Support People & Culture Manager
Requirements

- Curiosity to question the "how" and "why"
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to travel across the UK as necessary (Company Car provided)
