My client, a rapidly expanding and world leading source of M & A and financing intelligence in Telecoms, Media and Tech, is seeking an experienced People Manager as they move into an exciting new phase of growth. They need someone who will be responsible for driving their people engagement, bringing HR disciplines, including performance management and career development to a growing business. Responsibilities will include ownership of the HR processes and systems, Employee Relations, recruitment, onboarding and induction of new employees, compliance, organising training and development and various other ad hoc projects.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified (Level 7 ideally), a fantastic communicator with a proven track record in HR management and administration. You will be passionate about helping people to succeed and progress in their careers.

This role is part time (3 days a week) and you would ideally work those 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) although if you wanted 1 day from home, that could potentially be accommodated.
