People Partner - Creative Agency

Are you an immediately available Senior HR Generalist looking for a contract role? Do you have a broad generalist skill set including strong ER?

Handle are excited to be working with this ad agency, looking for a People Partner to join for a contract role until end of Feb.

It's a really fast paced and commercial environment, this role will work alongside the people team offering expertise, inclusive approach to ER and with the collaboration of the HR team, you will be advising on day to day full employee lifecycle.

The culture is collaborative and you'll have a flexible and pragmatic approach and be able to work at a senior level whilst also rolling up your sleeves and doing more of the hands-on tasks!

The ideal candidate will have a consultative approach to HR, with a focus on getting the best results from busy people. You will ideally come from /creative/ agency background and enjoy varied HR role including ER.
