People Partner - Leisure - South Coast
Great opportunity for a "hands-on" People Partner to join this well known organization that is growing rapidly to cover sites on the South Coast.
You will work in partnership with the Regional Manager where you will be responsible for:-
- Driving and implementing the People Strategy across your region.
- Transactional day-to-day HR to include ER, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Appraisals, Development and Inductions.
- Regional travel will be required.
The successful candidate will come from either Leisure, Retail, Hospitality and have experience in multi-site HR operations
- Clear understanding of a broad range of HR
- Flexibility to operate on broad policy level as well as detailed case management level.
- Strong commercial awareness as well as technical expertise.
- Excellent relationship and rapport building ability with people at all levels of the business.
- CIPD preferred but not essential.
Salary £45,000 plus car allowance and bonus
