People Partner

Outstanding opportunity to join a highly recognised and well regarded business as People Partner - with responsibility for their central region, and working closely with two other People Partners who take the lead in other regions.

As People Partner you will build and leverage brilliant working relationships with the senior leadership team across all the sites you are partnering with - translating the business wide people strategy into each setting, and supporting the leadership with anything people related.

As People Partner you will be:

• Coaching and developing leaders and line managers in the effective delivering of their role
• Implementing and training on specific policies and processes to ensure the full adoption of all best practice activity across the organisation
• Translate local challenges into meaningful insight and narrative to feed into the people strategy and help future proof the organisation
• Support with any high profile, high risk, or challenging ER casework

A true partnership role - you will be the go to for all things people for your stakeholders. Those relationships are key, and built positively through credibility, confidence, action and curiosity. You must have experience partnering with senior leaders, ideally across more than one site and be able to demonstrate the value you have added through multiple examples.
