Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic and innovative organization? We are seeking a motivated and experienced People Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing expert HR advisory services, working on strategic projects, and implementing a comprehensive people strategy across the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

HR Advisory

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance on a wide range of HR topics, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and objectives, offering solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Deliver learning and development initiatives with support from the People Director and external partners.

Projects and Change

  • With support from the People Director, guide the development, planning, and execution of the people strategy, encompassing the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of the people strategy, fostering a culture of engagement.
  • Develop communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, changes, and benefits.
  • Provide training and support to managers and employees to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and practices.

Reward and Recognition

  • Support the implementation of reward and recognition strategies and frameworks.
  • Manage the annual pay and bonus review process, ensuring all data is produced accurately and to timeframes.
  • Create models and build insights to enable the business to understand and optimize total reward.
  • Manipulate reward data, including internal and external benchmarking, to provide insights and trends.
  • Respond to individual benchmarking requests with timely and accurate data.
  • Undertake the submission of reward survey data for salary surveys, ensuring accuracy.
  • Produce ad hoc and bespoke reports and prepare standard reports for management meetings.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Develop and use HR metrics and data analysis to track the effectiveness of the people strategy and its impact on key performance indicators.
  • Prepare reports for the People Director, highlighting project milestones, accomplishments, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare data for monthly board reporting and HR People Metrics.

About You

  • Experience working in a tech, professional services, or similar business that embraces the use of technology to enhance productivity.
  • Experience delivering learning to colleagues and leaders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a bonus.
  • A minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD L5/7).
  • Experience in reward management, including compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to manipulate data sets for insights and reporting.
