This is a brilliant opportunity to be the glue to the operational side of our clients HR set up, managing a team of 5. Covering recruitment & retention, training and ER whilst getting exposure to supporting the Head of HR on the people strategy. You will sit on the leadership team and have the added bonus of being able to heavily support another area of the organisation too.

We are looking for an experienced HR generalist with line management experience who wants to make a difference. This role is working for a great organisation who promote a very positive culture, who do an awful lot for their local community. Their mission is clear for sure!
