I am looking to recruit a People Systems Manager to take accountability for my Client’s People Systems, including the implementation and operation of a new HR Information System (HRIS) and Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration/management and project management within a large, complex organisation.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Project manage the implementation and operation of HRIS and LMS across the business.
  • Lead on training, facilitating, managing, and promoting the ongoing development of the LMS.
  • Consult directly with division, programme, and frontline managers, HR and compliance colleagues, and external organisations and suppliers.
  • Produce regular reports and analysis for the Senior Management Team.
  • Design, develop and implement high-quality eLearning content using new and emerging technologies.
  • Oversee the LMS helpdesk function, providing support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Line manage the People Systems Administrator, ensuring effective delegation and allocation of tasks.
  • Work with IT and external suppliers to ensure smooth implementation of changes to the People systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level with postgraduate or equivalent experience and knowledge.
  • System administrator/manager experience for a large, complex database, preferably an LMS or HRIS.
  • Proven ability to manage projects in a complex organisation.
  • Understanding of data protection regulations like GDPR.
  • Experience working with digital learning or web content.
  • Strong analytical skills and computer literacy, including advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
