What you will be doing...

  • Support the project manager, product owner and other key stakeholders in making future improvements and upgrades to the platform including third party integrations.
  • Responsible for producing documentation to support changes to the platform including thorough requirements and change documentation from a People Team perspective.
  • Keeps up to date with the People policies and legislation ensuring the platform is reflective of this.
  • Continuously improve People Service delivery by identifying challenges and recommending opportunities for improvements.
  • Production of a full suite of process documents, containing comprehensive process maps, controls framework and performance measures for the People Team (KPIs).
  • Use information from the service desk to drive and monitor individual and team output to the highest levels. Use this information to create training and communications to support the business operation.
  • Partner with IT, finance systems and other stakeholders within and outside the business to develop seamless and automated processes.
  • Work with Head of People to ensure teams are resourced appropriately to deal with upcoming demands and support cross training within teams to eliminate single points of failure and provide increased flexibility, specifically the People Support Team.
  • Be an inspirational agent of change – driving staff engagement towards delivering product excellence.
  • Be an influential member of the People Team and drive continual improvements across the supply chain, focusing on end-to-end root issue remediation.
  • Support the service desk function that is a centre of excellence with exceptional levels of customer service, boasting an optimised operational engine by ensuring the team is equipped with knowledge.
  • Partner with regional park champions to understand the problems on park and develop solutions to support.
  • Present solutions to the key stakeholders in order to make key decisions.
