Performance & Growth Lead

Reed Marketing & Creative are exclusively partnered with a hugely successful and growing B2C business based in Milton Keynes, who are looking for a Performance & Growth Lead to join their marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the performance of Paid Digital channels including Search / Paid / Affiliates.

• Lead on PPC strategies and usage, including DSA’s, Bid strategies, Ads and Channels.
• Monitor and report on performance per channel and campaign. (GA4 etc)
• Work closely with the Online / Content Manager to create plans that will increase Organic traffic – using content, game data and technical solutions.
• Manage budgets and work with agencies to optimize their contribution to your goals.
• The performance of all Organic and Paid Media actions and investment with the ultimate aim of driving venue traffic, database metrics and brand recognition.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers using all available and appropriate digital channels, systems, partnerships and associations.

The successful candidate will have strong previous digital marketing experience across Affiliate, SEO or PPC either all 3 or at least 1 of the 3 (if only one this needs to be really strong hands on and technical experience) . Also experience with acquiring new customer across digital channels.

In return you will receive a salary paying circa £45K depending on experience + excellent benefits +FREE parking when in the office + hybrid working (3 days office 2 days home).
