The Company and Role

My client is in the professional services space (data protection/compliance). Their mission to shape a secure digital business world and they have been doing so since 2017. They are experiencing a period of sustained growth and as such, they need to bring in a senior performance marketing talent to come in and drive growth on a global scale. They have a very dynamic and fast-paced culture. This is firmly in the B2B space, so the right candidate will be well-versed in B2B.

This role will have strategic and operational responsibility for our paid channels, including Google Ads, paid social and the management of retargeting campaigns. The goal is to plan and execute paid lead gen campaigns, setting up marketing automation including automated email campaigns and lead-nurturing processes.

This role defines and delivers effective acquisition marketing plans across all performance channels (primarily Paid Search and Paid Social) and is responsible for the tracking and reporting of integrated media campaigns performance. Key stakeholder management is an important criteria for the successful candidate. It's a great opportunity for a performance marketing specialist to own the paid media channels and drive growth on a global scale. Ideally they are looking for someone who speaks German (minimum C1 level).
