Senior Nursery Manager

Location:  Exeter

Salary: Up to £37,000 per year

Contracted Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

As a Senior Nursery Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a safe, educational, and enjoyable environment for the children in our care. Your responsibilities will include supervising children, organizing activities (such as games, crafts, and educational tasks), and ensuring their safety. While some days may present challenges, you’ll also share laughter, fun, and create lasting memories during this critical developmental stage.

About You

We’re seeking someone with:

  • A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification
  • Effective management skills in a nursery setting
  • Excellent communication abilities to engage with children, staff, and parents
  • Creativity and imagination to provide rewarding educational activities
  • A positive outlook to create a secure and happy environment
  • Experience conducting interviews, managing budgets, and maintaining facilities
