An exciting permanent Regional HR BP job. My client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner-regional, to join a fast-paced HR team. You will play a crucial role in supporting all hands-on operational HR duties and implementing HR strategies that support the organisational goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain good relations with the Trade Union and lead negotiations where necessary.
  • Develop strategies and succession plans to attract, manage, retain, and develop talent to support current and future organisational needs.
  • Create innovative plans that enhance employee engagement and build on the employer brand.
  • Use analytics to make data-driven decisions that enhance business performance and increase employee engagement.
  • Build management capability through coaching and challenging people management decisions.
  • Advise on HR legal and employee relations matters to ensure consistency, legal compliance, and avoid risk.
  • Plan and implement HR initiatives and projects aligned to HR's strategic planning process and business-driven initiatives.
  • Be an ambassador for the function and represent HR internally and externally, showing curiosity about industry trends and emerging initiatives.
  • You will be based at the Milton Keynes site and be required to travel to Birmingham and 1 other site in the Midlands 2 days per week and home based 2 days per week.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a large, blue-collar organisation.
  • You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
  • You must be happy to travel to Birmingham and 1 other site in the Midlands twice a week.
  • You must have a full clean driving licence.
