Minimum Requirements: Background working as a PA (ideally in a small/SME business); Financial Services experience essential; Excellent administration and communication skills

Salary/package: Up to £40,000 (pro rata) + Pension + 23 days' annual leave + DIS + Study Support

Our client is a market-leading boutique IFA firm based in the heart of Horsham, West Sussex. Established over 30 years ago, the business has developed a fantastic reputation as a Financial Planner and built up a large base of clients across the South East of England.

THE ROLE

The firm is currently looking to hire an experienced part-time PA to assist the Managing Director. The position is office based. Reporting to the MD, the PA’s typical duties will include:

  • Managing the MDs diary
  • Coordinating meetings for other staff members
  • Enhance overall office efficiency
  • Streamlining financial operations
  • Invoice control, payroll preparation and cash flow management
  • General administration
  • Dealing with clients by phone, email and face to face
  • Project management

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Applicants for the PA vacancy will have the following criteria:

  • Background working as a PA, ideally in a small/SME business
  • Financial Services experience preferred
  • Excellent administration and communication skills

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE

The successful candidate for the PA vacancy will receive the following:

  • Salary between £30,000 and £40,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
  • Part time position (up to 3 days per week)
  • Company pension
  • 23 days’ annual leave
  • DIS
  • Study support
