Personal Assistant – 12-Month FTC (Maternity Cover)Location: London

Full-Time in office)WHAT YOU’LL DO:As Personal Assistant, you will provide seamless support to senior members of the development team and key shareholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied and rewarding, including:
- Complex diary management and scheduling of meetings across time zones
- Inbox management and preparing detailed agendas and meeting materials
- Booking international and domestic travel, including itineraries and logistics
- Processing expenses and assisting with invoice management
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the directors
- Supporting with presentation preparation, event coordination, and occasional personal tasks
- Assisting with general administrative duties and maintaining meticulous filing systems
Office Support:You will also provide backup support to the Office Manager, ensuring the office runs smoothly and professionally at all times:
- Welcoming guests and offering refreshments
- Managing office supplies and meeting room coordination
- Liaising with external vendors and service providers as needed
WHAT YOU’LL NEED: - Proven experience in a PA or Executive Assistant role, ideally within real estate or a similarly fast-paced corporate environment
- Impeccable organisational skills and an eye for detail
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong discretion and a high level of professionalism
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
