Our client requires a Personal Assistant for their Executive Support function for around 3 months initially, on a full-time basis.

Role:

Having seen an increase in the number of meetings, such as for the Board and its sub-committees, has reduced the dedicated executive support available for their Director and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Therefore, this role as an additional Personal Assistant will work within the Executive support team to help cover the full-time support needs of the Director and SLT, ensuring delivery of their Business and Improvement Plan, as well as supporting the Board and other meetings.

This will include diary management, distribution of papers, supporting the Director and other senior management and a key requirement will be for minute-taking.

The working arrangements for this role will be hybrid, with the role holder in the office 3 days per week.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to demonstrate your excellent PA skills.
