Personal Assistant (Hybrid)

London, UK / Home Working

Salary: £25.00 -£30.00

Full-Time, Hybrid

About Us: Join a dynamic and innovative company located in the heart of London. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our three directors. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and from our central London office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to three directors.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the directors.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as required by the directors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to work both remotely and in the office.
