Our client is a large global investment company operating in more than 20 countries, with an outstanding brand presence in the investment market!

They seek a highly competent, organised, and professional Personal Assistant to provide administrative assistance to a global team part-time, three days a week, based in the City!

The role will be crucial to the team and be responsible for managing complex diaries & busy calendars, managing a large volume of travel and reservations & much more!

The suitable candidate should have at least 5 years of experience operating in a larger complex investment/financial company and managing multiple people in big teams.

Duties Include:

  • Extensive diary management across different time zones.
  • Complex travel arrangements.
  • Producing travel itineraries.
  • Arranging a high volume of reservations, including taxis, hotels, and restaurants.
  • Meeting and greeting clients.
  • Organising conference rooms.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Team Assistant/Executive Assistant.
  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent experience working in larger teams, with some exposure to supporting global teams.
  • Solid experience working in Investment Management/Private Equity/Finance.
  • Excellent diary management skills across complex time zones.
  • Good experience operating all MS packages.
  • High attention to detail.
