An exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join a team in the property industry, providing administrative support and managing daily operations in the Secretarial & Business Support department.

Description

The key responsibilities of anPersonal Assistantwill include, but may not be limited to;

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Coordinating and managing daily operations
  • Handling correspondence and communications
  • Organising meetings and appointments
  • Preparing documents and reports
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

Profile

A successful Personal Assistant should have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to commute to Cheshire

Job Offer

On offer to the candidate;
