Personal Assistant

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring for a Personal Assistant to a Chief Financial Officer on a 6 months interim period in Bromsgrove, Birmingham

Candidate responsibilities:

  • Diary management - booking appointments, arranging travel and accommodation
  • Link between CFO and the wider business
  • Prepare all relevant for CFO ahead of meetings
  • All correspondence to be maintained and recorded
  • Create board reports and presentations using PowerPoint

Skills needed

  • Excellent ability to navigate Microsoft word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to create PowerPoints and spreadsheets - working with formulae
  • Extreme level of high confidentiality
  • Ability to stay calm in busy environment
  • Work off own initiative
