Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring for a Personal Assistant to a Chief Financial Officer on a 6 months interim period in Bromsgrove, Birmingham
Candidate responsibilities:
- Diary management - booking appointments, arranging travel and accommodation
- Link between CFO and the wider business
- Prepare all relevant for CFO ahead of meetings
- All correspondence to be maintained and recorded
- Create board reports and presentations using PowerPoint
Skills needed
- Excellent ability to navigate Microsoft word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to create PowerPoints and spreadsheets - working with formulae
- Extreme level of high confidentiality
- Ability to stay calm in busy environment
- Work off own initiative
