Are you organised, proactive, and professional? CloudStone Recruitment Agency is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant (PA) for a secondary school in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Prepare reports and documents
  • Organize school events and functions
  • Liaise with staff, parents, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PA, preferably in education
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
  • Strong interpersonal skills
