Your new role
PA role supporting the CEO, reporting to the Executive Assistant overseas, providing top tier administrative support to the CEO including hands-on support for projects and day-to-day activities.

  • Diary management and travel arrangements
  • Arranging high level meetings, minute taking and follow-up actions
  • Arrange appointments, conferences and calls
  • Produce reports and presentations

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ability to prioritise workload against deadlines in a timely manner
  • Excellent organisation and administrative skills
  • At least 7 years of PA experience, with some experience at C-suite level
  • Minute taking
  • Thinking ahead and anticipating needs ahead of a situation
  • Flexible, adaptable and resilient to adapt to changing situations and circumstances.
