Reed is working exclusively with a dynamic and forward-thinking company based in Birmingham. We are seeking a highly organised individual to play a pivotal role in supporting with the day-to-day business operations, working closely with senior management to coordinate a busy working schedule. This a great opportunity for a candidate who enjoys working collaboratively with others, having variety in their daily duties.   

Role: Personal Assistant

Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)

Location: Office-based in Birmingham

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 dependant on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact, handling correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Reminding the Directors of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Bringing monthly Board reports together and creating a Board pack
  • Implementing and maintaining administrative systems and procedures
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients
  • Assisting with calls and taking messages
