This role is a hybrid position. For training, you need to be able to attend the office 5 days a week for the first month, then 3 days a week thereafter.

As a Personal Assistant, you will be the go-to person for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the senior executives and the wider team can perform at their best.

This position is perfect for someone with a background in personal assistance and team administration, ideally within professional services. Excellent written communication skills will be crucial in drafting emails, reports, and other documents. Proficiency in all Microsoft packages is a must, as you will navigate various software to keep everything running seamlessly.
