I’m currently partnering with a large and successful distribution company based in Doncaster to recruit a Part-Time Personal Assistant to support members of the C-Suite team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is looking for a part-time role offering both responsibility and variety.
Key Responsibilities:-
Provide high-level administrative support to C-Suite executives

Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Support with ad-hoc projects and general office coordination

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant at senior leadership level

Exceptional organisational and communication skills

A proactive and professional approach

Strong IT skills – particularly in Microsoft Office

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
This is a part-time position (22.5 hours per week), fully office-based in Doncaster. Salary is £28,000 – £35,000 FTE depending on experience. The company offers a welcoming and supportive working environment within a thriving, well-established business.
