We're seeking a diligent and dedicated Personal Assistant to support the Head of Real Estate in a temporary capacity. The ideal candidate will have experience in the property industry and will be responsible for various secretarial and business support tasks.

Description

As the Personal Assistant, you will be:

  • Providing full secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Real Estate.
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
  • Conducting research, assembling and analysing data to prepare reports and documents.
  • Managing and maintaining schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinating project-based work.
  • Recording, transcribing and distributing minutes of meetings.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Planning and organising company events and meeting.

Profile

A successful Personal Assistant to Head of Real Estate should have:

  • An understanding of the property industry.
  • Strong secretarial and business support skills.
  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.

Job Offer

You will be rewarded with an hourly rate of 28p/h-30p/h.
