PA to the Director
  • Salary: £16.00 per hour
  • Location: Cambridge
  • Job Type: Temporary until end of June, with a review for potential extension.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, full time hours - can consider a 4 day week. Hybrid working pattern.

Reed Cambridge Support is working with a business in Cambridge. They are seeking a PA to the Director to provide essential support.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide administrative and PA support to the Director and the Senior Management Team.
  • Manage the Director's diary, handle daily incoming information, and respond accordingly.
  • Make travel arrangements, handle expense claims, and arrange meetings, including venues and catering.
  • Act as the meeting secretary for standing meetings: prepare agendas and papers, take minutes, circulate and follow up on any action points.
  • Manage mail and emails, ensuring all relevant communications are addressed promptly.
  • Prepare for meetings by reading agendas, flagging important items, ensuring all necessary documents and files are available.
  • Maintain an organised filing system, including confidential files and committee papers, to ensure easy access and retrieval of documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and general office software.
  • Strong skills in diary management and performing secretarial duties.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in administrative support or as a personal assistant is preferred.
