Are you a Personal Injury fee earner looking for the next step in your career?

My client is an award winning Legal 500 firm based in Birmingham city centre and is renowned for having created a supportive and happy working environment centred on its staff, ensuring an excellent work life balance. Due to expansion, the firm is currently looking for a Personal Injury fee earner to join the well-established and close-knit team.

The Role:

  • You would be working on your own caseload of claimant RTA, PL and EL personal injury claims
  • You will be working with a partner and other senior solicitors to provide the best service to clients
  • You will have full support and be surrounded by colleagues with a wealth of knowledge in the PI and Clin Neg sphere of law

You:

  • You will have had prior fee earning experience of running a caseload of claimant personal injury files
  • You will be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • You will be confident in your ability to take on fast track claims and to assist with multi track claims
  • You will have an excellent phone manner, a keen eye for detail and be client centric In all the work that you do
