A new vacancy has come up to join a market-leading team dealing with credit hire claims and liability disputes in the MOJ and OIC portal as an MOJ Paralegal.

This practice is extremely well known for its work in defendant personal injury throughout the North West. In order to continue the firm's success in this area, a role
has arisen for someone with experience of credit hire claims on the MOJ and OIC portal.

Individuals with experience on the defendant side is preferred but candidates with claimant experience are also encouraged to apply.

Experience of handling a caseload of your own portal claims is essential and an understanding of the portal process will be highly beneficial.
