The Role: As a Personal Injury Senior Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in handling various facets of personal injury cases. Your responsibilities will include:
- Clinical Negligence: Expertly navigating complex clinical negligence cases.
- Traffic Accident Claims: Managing and advocating for clients involved in traffic accidents.
- Corporate Negligence: Addressing cases of corporate negligence with precision and legal expertise.
- General Personal Injury Cases: Overseeing a spectrum of general PI cases with a keen eye for detail.
- Administrative Support: Providing essential administrative support to ensure seamless case management.
- Location: Orpington
- Salary Range: Senior Solicitor: £60,000 | Partner Level: £70,000 - £80,000
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
- Proven experience in various facets of personal injury law.
- A track record of handling a diverse caseload efficiently.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
