You will be working for an award winning Law Firm based in London.

Description

The key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • To provide legal services to Spanish-speaking claimants in Personal Injury and Catastrophic Injury Claims.
  • To manage your own caseload of EL and PL pre-litigation and litigated claims of Fast Track and Multi track cases, as well as assisting on higher value and more complex claims.
  • To take over the caseload of the existing Spanish speaking lawyer who will soon be going on maternity leave.

Profile

The successful Personal Injury Solicitor (Spanish speaking) will be:

  • Qualified Lawyer in England and Wales with a valid practising certificate and a minimum of 2 years PQE in personal injury.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Personal Injury work, including litigated files and injuries of a catastrophic nature.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in legal research, negotiation, and drafting legal documents.
  • Commitment to providing excellent client care
