Role:
As a key member of the legal team, the successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of personal injury claims, providing exceptional representation to clients affected by RTA, EL, and PL incidents. This position demands a proactive approach to case management from initial client consultation through to resolution, whether via settlement or court proceedings.

Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
- Minimum of 2 years PQE with a solid background in managing RTA, EL, and PL cases
- Demonstrable experience in litigating and negotiating personal injury claims
- Proficiency in handling claims from inception to conclusion, including trial preparation
- Excellent client care skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet deadlines
- Adept at using case management systems and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
